Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a martial art from Thailand. Muay Thai makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing.

At Lovato’s you will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and how to use them in the ring, cage, or in a self-defense situation. It is not only a great way to defend yourself, but a great way to get in shape too.
