Starting my training at Lovatos was without a doubt one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.  I was 22 years old, overweight, and pretty unhappy with myself and looking to change that.  I always wanted to do martial arts since I was young, but never had the chance.  I started at Lovato’s and within a week I made friends with people who I am still friends with today.  Needless to say I felt comfortable and right at home, surrounded by a lot o incredible people.  Here I am four years later and I have lost 65 lbs. and I have completely fallen in love with Jiu-Jitsu.  I feel incredible and I can say going to Lovato’s is the thing I look forward to most everyday.
