Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a sport where fighters use skills from different martial arts. It’s like a blend of Muay Thai, a striking style from Thailand, with wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). In MMA, fighters can punch and kick like in Muay Thai, but they also use wrestling to take opponents down to the ground. Once on the ground, they might use BJJ techniques to control their opponent or try to make them tap out with submissions. This combination of styles makes MMA exciting and unpredictable to watch!
